  I was lucky enough to travel with a close friend to Texas on 03/21/13. The next day we drove into Bryson to pick up his brother to play golf. The weather was not what you would call ideal, not for golf but it was Perfect BBQ weather. My friends brother recommended we not play golf and that we should eat and drink beer instead. He took us to Clayton and it was phenomenal. I had the smoked turkey and ribs with beans and fries. Melt in your mouth. Some of the best BBQ I have ever had.If you find yourself in this part of Texas, you need to stop and eat here. If you have some extra time and you have to drive a little out of your way, I guarantee you won't be disappointed. Great Food, service and ambiance. Beautiful part of Texas....Peace....
